SHIPPING POLICY
We use USPS first-class mail for shipping with tracking.

Orders will ship within 5-7 Business Days 

If you order during a SALE please allow 10-25 Days for shipping due to sale volume. 

 (Monday-Friday) not including weekends. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

You will need to provide the CORRECT FULL ADDRESS when placing your order. We are not responsible for items returned to sender due to the wrong address or missing unit number as there is no guarantee they will be sent back to us.

RETURN POLICY
Due to hygiene and the nature of our products, there are no refunds available once the product is shipped. Any losses or damages during or due to shipping will be replaced.

Please make sure you measure your waist correctly. Orders cannot be returned for resizing.

Tie-on Beads
